Serves 2 to 3
Preparation Time: 10 minutes, plus 1-2 hours for the meat to marinade
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
1 lb (500 g) beef steak, cubed into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Hashems Shish Kabob Spice Mix
3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1. Use your hands to combine all ingredients in a large bowl;
cover the bowl and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
2. Thread the meat cubes onto skewers.
3. Cook the skewered meat on a grill until it reaches your desired temperature. (Alternatively, the skewered meat can be
cooked in a 450F oven for about 15 minutes; be sure to place a tray under the meat to catch the drippings.)
4. Serve hot.
