Growing Bamya is easy. Simply loosen your soil before you plant and slightly water it. You want to plant bamya in well drained, fertile soil in full sun
light. Push 2 or 3 seeds about 1/2 to one inch deep and around 12 to 18 inches apart.

 

You can soak seeds overnight to speed up germination.
