Hibiscus, also known as “Karkaday” in Arabic, is delicious made into a tea served both warm in the cold winter nights and chilled in the hot summer afternoons. Many of our customers also make hibiscus tea to naturally lower their blood pressure, yet they warn if your taking a blood pressure medication, you shouldn’t take both medication and tea at the same time as it may cause an unsafe drop in pressure.
