1 lb (500 g) semi-lean ground lamb or beef
1 small onion, grated (with juices)
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley leaves
2 teaspoons Hashems Shish Kafta Spice
1 teaspoon salt
Directions1. Use your hands to combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Fill a small bowl with water for wetting your hands to help
3. Wet your hands and roll a small handful of the meat mixture
4. Grill until fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
