Cloves – Ground 16oz

Our cloves come to you from the lush island of Madagascar. They have a very strong, sweet smell and are used both in whole and ground form for cooking. Cloves go well with both nutmeg and cinnamon as they have a similar flavor profile. Our cloves are ground fresh on a daily basis.
