Ginseng oil is made from the root of the Panax Ginseng plant and contains powerful compounds called ginsenosides that give it amazing health properties. Ginseng oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is loaded with anti-oxidants, which make it a popular oil to use externally to reduce signs of aging, treat sun damage, heal skin wounds, reduce acne and brighten the skin. It can also be used to improve the health of the hair, reduce dandruff and encourage hair growth.
Ginseng oil has stimulating properties and when taken internally this oil may help to boost physical and mental energy and reduce the feeling of exhaustion. It may also be used to suppress the appetite and aid with weight-loss, improve circulation and reduce symptoms of a cold.
