Salt oil, made with cold-pressed vegetable oil and high-quality unprocessed salt, is a mineral-rich oil that can be used externally and internally for health and wellness.
When taken internally this oil may treat constipation, improve detoxification, and reduce the risk of heart disease by preventing blood clots and hardening of arteries.
When applied externally, salt oil may cleanse the skin, relieve joint pain and muscle cramps, improve circulation, relax the body and act as an anti-microbial treatment.
Directions for use
Salt oil can be taken internally as a supplement by consuming 1 teaspoon per day. It may also be used on your food to add some flavor.
For external use, massage a small amount of oil into affected skin areas, muscles, and joints. Put a small amount of salt oil onto a cotton ball and dab it onto cuts and pimples. It can also be used as a relaxing massage oil.
